The part you'll play
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Advisor (tempo parziale, 24 hours per week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday ) to join our team in Milan Woman Monte Napoleone Store,



starting from August 1st . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.
- Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
- Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.

What you'll bring
- Previous experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision
- Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory
