Overview
In this role you drive a data‐driven approach to Retail Performance across Gucci's global network, turning insights into actionable levers that boost sales and productivity. You partner with Global and Regional stakeholders to align targets, governance, and tools, leveraging performance frameworks to sustain results. You will own global targets, dashboards, and reporting, guiding decision‐making with clear, actionable insights. This position offers impact through shaping performance governance in a luxury, globally distributed retail environment.
Responsibilities and Activities
- Define and drive global frameworks for commercial targets and sales planning
- Monitor retail performance, identify risks and opportunities for decision‐making
- Lead productivity frameworks and track efficiency levers with Retail Excellence
- Collaborate with HR to shape retail contests and incentive schemes
- Analyze competitor landscape and market trends to inform strategy
- Own the Retail Scorecard and ensure global consistency and transparency
- Deliver regular and ad‐hoc reporting (e.g.,



weekly reviews) to senior stakeholders
- Define global target‐setting methodology and deployment
- Oversee KPI frameworks for reliability and relevance
- Lead 360 Retail Performance overview with consolidated KPI insights
- Ensure structured sales tracking and performance follow‐up across regions and channels
- Drive adoption and enhancement of Retail Performance tools (analytics, productivity, MTT)
- Define and maintain global performance dashboards and analytics frameworks
- Partner with Digital and IT to enhance tools and data capabilities
- Support evolution of data‐driven practices across retail organization
- Partner with Retail Excellence to align performance drivers with store execution and client experience
- Contribute to an integrated approach across performance and excellence frameworks

- 8–10+ years in Retail Performance, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics or
