RINA is currently recruiting for a IP & Venturing Intern to join its office in Florence (Italy) within the Partnership, IP & Venturing Management Division.
Mission
As an Intern within the IP & Venturing team, you will provide operational support to partnership initiatives involving public, institutional, and private stakeholders. You will contribute to day‑to‑day coordination activities, information gathering, document preparation, and progress tracking, helping the team deliver projects efficiently and consistently. Through this internship, you will gain hands‑on exposure to IP & Venturing workflows.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Support to IP & Venturing
- Support daily activities related to IP & Venturing, including scheduling follow‑ups, information collection, and meeting notes.
- Prepare operational materials (briefs, notes, presentations, partnership sheets) using established templates.




- Support scouting activities and the collection of preliminary information on startups, corporations, and technology partners.

Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Facilitate information flow between the different stakeholders among Prometeo and other Business Units.
- Maintain and update repositories, documentation, templates, and operational tools.
- Support coordination activities across teams, following established guidelines.

IP & Venturing Governance, KPIs & Reporting
- Establish operating rhythm to ensure process execution seamless.
- Prepare periodic updates, reports, and presentation materials for Steering Committees and Innovation Boards.
- Maintain operational records including notes, activity logs, repositories, and templates.

Education
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
