Overview
Join our manufacturing team in the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) division, where we develop and create the future of energy technology products that help customers reduce operating costs and improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- During machining operations (milling and inspection), complete item inspection plans, identify materials, and perform preliminary inspections of parts in accordance with applicable specifications.
- Maintain workstation and comply with production line management rules during machining and inspection operations.
- Suggest improvements to activities in line with the company’s continuous improvement program.
- Participate in weekly safety and quality discussions (Safety & Quality Talk).

Qualifications
- High school diploma (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
- Relevant experience in mechanical milling.
- Knowledge of Baker Hughes products, boring/milling using CNC machines.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/technical specifications.




- Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, e‑mail).
- Teamwork, flexibility, strong attention to detail.

Initial pay range: €32,844.44 to €42,900.00.
