What you will find
As a D365 Business Analyst , you will be part of the Functional Team for the Order Fulfilment workstream and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external partners. In addition to core business analysis and testing activities, the role also includes responsibility for support activities, contributing to solution quality and stability across releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Analyst within the Order Fulfilment (OF) workstream, managing end-to-end processes including sales orders, project creation, delivery, invoicing, and closure;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and Functional Leads to gather, analyze,



and translate requirements into functional specifications and process designs;
- Support solution design and configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, working closely with Solution Architects and technical teams;
- Manage change requests and enhancements, ensuring traceability across the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment);
- Contribute to testing (system, integration, UAT) and produce documentation, training materials, and test evidence in line with governance standards;
- Support application operations by analyzing incidents and service requests, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and increased test automation.
