Job Description
A Tech Rep Supervisor (Technical Representative, also referred to as Functional User Rep or Business System Engineer) represents operations towards IT, and IT towards the operations assuring operational requirements are supported by our UPS’ IT systems while safeguarding operational requirements follow global IT standards.

What you’ll do
- As a Tech Rep Supervisor (also referred to as Functional User Rep or Business System Engineer ) you possess strong analytical and business process modelling skills. You analyze business requirements, translate it to the systematical process, test and support implementation of healthcare supply chain solutions into our Warehouse Management system.
- You will receive extensive training on these applications and be trained on healthcare process compliance. This will enable you to support implementation on our new System solution, identify and implement operational improvements, act as the 1st point of contact for operational IT questions.
- We expect a high level of autonomy in the projects you work on, in which you work closely together with our clients, Tech Reps for other UPS applications, Industrial Engineering, IT, QA, Operations and Proj
