Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead quality control across ABB's global Process Control Platform R&D;, shaping how development processes meet standards. You'll work with development teams to implement the Quality Management System and drive data‐driven quality improvements. You'll perform audits and keep stakeholders informed, training and guiding the organization toward consistent quality. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional position with a clear impact on product quality and project success. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and maintain R&D; processes to ensure consistent ways of working and reporting Ensure adherence to mandatory processes, procedures, and standards Monitor product and system quality by collecting data and tracking KPIs Support development teams in applying the Quality Management System and QA activities Conduct audits, reviews,
