Overview In this role you drive Miller Knoll's position as the preferred partner for the Specifier and Design community across Southern Europe. You'll engage early, provide timely, informed responses, and nurture key relationships to fuel strategic growth in regions including Spain, Italy, the Balkans, Greece, and Turkey. You collaborate across Miller Knoll brands, manage the sales funnel, and lead regional events and showroom activities. You will travel regularly to build presence with architects and designers and influence project outcomes. Own top architectural practices in Southern Europe Engage specifier and design communities with insights and product discussions Coordinate resources across Miller Knoll brands for opportunities Organise accredited seminars with the Insight Group across the region Plan and participate in Architecture & Design networking events Host showroom visits in London, Milan, Foligno, and Paris Travel to Southern Europe region (minimum 2 weeks/month) and to other European locations as needed Responsibilities Master Successful sales experience with a business development mindset (≥3 years) Proven track record with Architecture and Design community Milan downtown base Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organised, methodical, and patient Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility to work out of hours Numerate in preparation of quotations Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, diplomatic, ambitious, energetic Valid EU working permit #J-18808-Ljbffr
