The Role As a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader at Kyndryl, you will drive the growth and positioning of the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy, combining business leadership, industry expertise, and technological vision to unlock value through AI and data‐driven transformation. You will lead business development initiatives, define go‐to‐market strategies, and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions across industries. Key Responsibilities * Business Development & Growth: lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy, identify and design value‐driven solutions, define go‐to‐market strategies, and support sales initiatives. * Partner & Ecosystem Management: build and manage partnerships with key technology vendors (e.g., hyperscalers, data/AI platforms) and drive joint initiatives and co‐innovation opportunities. * Customer Engagement: act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, define AI and data transformation strategies aligned with business objectives, and ensure successful delivery of high‐impact consulting engagements.



* Service Line Leadership: define and evolve service offerings, methodologies, and best practices; ensure delivery quality and measurable business outcomes; foster innovation and continuous improvement. * Thought Leadership: represent Kyndryl at industry events, conferences, and forums; contribute to content creation such as whitepapers and webinars to establish Kyndryl as a leader in Data & AI. Required Technical and Professional Expertise * +3 years of experience in Data & AI consulting practice on business development and delivery; 10–15 years in client‐facing roles with responsibility for project delivery. * In‐depth understanding of analytics, data science, AI and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments. * Experience providing and delivering AI‐powered solutions and consulting services (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Google, etc.). * Experience defining value propositions and building customer‐
