You will partner with departments to drive efficiency while ensuring accurate financial data and reporting. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management within a luxury Portofino property cluster. Retribuzione / Benefits * Cost monitoring and control across F&B;, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments with proper cost center allocation * Prepare monthly cost reports and identify inefficiencies while proposing optimization measures * Support annual budgeting and provide historical data and cost analysis for realistic budgets * Forecast monthly costs based on performance and sales projections * Oversee inventory management for F&B; and other materials,
