Senior Sales Manager - Italy Location - Milano Please apply with your English CV. We are looking for a Senior District Sales Manager, based in Milano, to lead our growing team in Italy. This role will report to the Sales Director and will manage a team of Territory Account Managers in the North of Italy. You will be responsible for leading the execution of Illumina's commercial strategies, ensuring budgeted annual sales and profit objectives are met within designated territories and for the district overall. To be successful in this role you will have a life sciences background, experience selling technology, medical devices, capex,



and be familiar with public tenders and a clinical environment. You will be a Sales leader who has a structured approach, sales and people management experience, sales force experience as well as accurate forecasting abilities. You will manage teams of highly successful Territory Account Managers who have large quotas to fill in Italy, one of Europe's fastest growing regions Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement and monitor the district business plan to meet assigned revenue and strategic objectives. * Responsible for the direction, support and motivation of the district sales team to meet agreed targets and objectives. * Establish territory quotas and achieve the quarterly and annual sales and profit plan as assigned. * Routinely forecast, monitor, and control selling and other expenses for the district within assigned expense budgets. * Routinely and accurately forecast customer demand (i.e., product quantities and dollars, orders, shipments)
