Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across the site. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to boost efficiency, quality, safety and cost‐effectiveness while managing CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning. You will analyze production data, support maintenance planning, and help ensure compliance with safety and environment standards. Retribuzione / Benefits * Analyze and monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data‐driven improvements * Support preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure spare parts availability * Collaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and safety compliance * Participate in equipment, machinery, and process validation and troubleshoot production/quality issues * Analyze KPIs, identify root causes,



and drive corrective actions * Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) including safety and environment procedures * Define technical, quality and production specifications for new investments and manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning Responsabilità * Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering * Minimum 5 years of practical experience in PVC compounding or the chemical industry * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and control systems * Familiarity with PLCs and basic programming logic * ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus * Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a hands‐on approach * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and cross‐functional collaboration * Experience with ERP/MES systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage Requisiti fondamentali * Attractive compensation package * Annual base salary
