Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape solar PV projects from feasibility to handover, coordinating cross‐functional teams and external partners to deliver commercial & industrial installations. You will shape technical designs, assess energy yields, and ensure regulatory and grid compliance, enabling viable projects for a leading renewables client. You'll support sales, due diligence, and post‐award delivery, driving alignment across technical, commercial, and regulatory elements. Expect hands‐on design work, collaboration with EPCs and advisors, and a clear path to improved design tools and processes. This opportunity offers hands‐on impact in Italy with scope to influence project outcomes and H Retribuzione / Benefits * Conduct feasibility studies and energy yield analyses for PV systems 0.5–10 MWp * Develop technical designs including sizing, technology selection, material specs, and budget estimates * Collaborate with EPC partners, advisors,



and suppliers to validate assumptions and optimize designs * Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and grid connection requirements * Support Sales with technical input and business development * Assist M&A; with technical due diligence and CAPEX/OPEX evaluations * Align technical, commercial, and regulatory elements for project viability * Manage project documentation and handover to internal teams * Promote HSE standards and improve design tools and processes Responsabilità * Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering * Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar solar power role * Proficiency in MS Office and PV design tools (AutoCAD, PVSyst, CMMS) * Strong understanding of PV technology, including rooftop systems * Familiarity with Italian C&I; PV regulations * Excellent organizational and planning skills * Driving license and willingness to travel within Italy * Fluent in Italian and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
