As a member of Smartness' sales team for the Italian market, you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No.1 hospitality software in the region. You will participate in both in‐person and remote training sessions and support the sales team in expanding Smartness in the Italian market through the following activities: * Sales negotiation – you will manage a busy schedule of online and in‐person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. You will articulate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects.



* Participation in trade fairs and events – Smartness is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organise on‐site meetings with customers. * Business development – you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing. * Data analysis and regular reviews – you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market. * Reaching the monthly target – your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivising premio plan.
