Overview Join KPMG's Turnaround and Operational Improvement team in Milan to help restructure and optimize client supply chains and logistics. You will work on advisory projects at production sites and warehouses, implementing lean practices and the SCOR framework to boost efficiency. This internship offers exposure to international projects, cross-functional collaboration, and hands‐on optimization work with meaningful impact. You will contribute to EBITDA and working capital improvements while growing in a dynamic, inclusive environment. Responsibilities * Manage advisory projects for logistics and distribution at production sites and warehouses, coordinating involved functions and tracking progress. * Lead supply chain optimization initiatives across procurement, transport and production for international clients using lean practices and the SCOR model.



* Plan replenishment and intermodal flows; scale warehouses and design logistics networks; conduct feasibility studies. * Improve EBITDA and working capital by optimizing procurement, inventories, processes and resource allocation. * Support change management and define internal logistics processes and layouts. * Allocate resources effectively and eliminate non‐value‐adding activities. Qualifications * Specialist degree in Engineering. * Excellent knowledge of English (study/work abroad preferred). * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
