What You'll Do * Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during your shift * Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment * Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn small moments into great stays * Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other teams to keep things smoothManage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks * Spot chances to upsell rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets * Share guest feedback and ideas to elevate our service * Help onboard new team members and create a fun, supportive vibe What You'll Have * You have 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role * You know the ins and outs of hospitality and are
