Your role * Support the integration of new product brands into company systems, ensuring accurate setup and coordination of brand‐related information across relevant product processes. * Assist with analytics management, including weekly presentations, NPI KPI monitoring, Excel reporting, and development of simple automations to improve data tracking and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders to maintain cross‐functional alignment, follow‐up on activities, and clear communication. Main Requirements * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product, brand,



and master data across company systems. * Interest in product systems, brand integration processes, and product lifecycle management, with the ability to support setup, monitoring, and coordination activities. * Good organizational skills, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross‐functional environment. * Curiosity and willingness to work with stakeholders worldwide, supporting international collaboration and alignment on integration activities. * Basic knowledge or prior exposure to product data management, master data processes, or related academic studies would be a plus. * Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of PLM/SAP or other product management systems would be a plus.
