~7+ years of investment experience in a top-tier PE firm or PE division of a top-tier consultancy
~ Deep experience in PE investments, divestments, and portfolio management
~ Strong consulting skills and experience
~ Fluency in Italian and English
~ Understanding and network in large-cap and mid-market PE
