Strong Backend development experience in FinTech
Proficiency with Java and Spring (Spring Boot), plus JPA and Hibernate
Experience with microservices and distributed systems
Knowledge of design and programming patterns
Familiarity with Maven, Git, and CI/CD (Jenkins/Bitbucket pipelines)
Understanding of REST/
Experience with containers and Kubernetes
Experience with messaging/streaming (Kafka/JMS)
Relational databases (MySQL, Aurora) and AWS
Production mindset: observability, performance, reliability, safe change practices
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
