KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the company's growth within the B2B channel. Using a high-level consultative approach, you will maximize claims channeling toward our network, optimizing both customer experience and commercial value.
Develop and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers, acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a service provider.
Negotiate and renew complex commercial agreements, identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling/up-selling) within the Large Account portfolio.
Collaborate with the Growth & Revenue team to define pricing strategies and commercial ter
