* Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan. * Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans. * Responsible for the setting up of the training classes. * Responsible for KPI development of warranty team. * Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers. * Undertake related tasks of the department.
