As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) playing a key role in securing automation systems within the factory automation domain your main focus will be on on-site cybersecurity activities at customer locations, supporting the protection of machines, production lines, and industrial networks against cyber threats. You will work closely with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to assess, implement, and maintain industrial cybersecurity measures, ensuring system integrity, availability, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g.



IEC 62443). Your main activities will be: * Execution of on-site cybersecurity service activities at OEMs and end customers * Assessment of industrial plants, machines, and networks to identify cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities * Implementation of industrial cybersecurity measures, including system hardening, network segmentation and secure communication; Firewall and access control configuration, patch and vulnerability management * Support in the execution of cybersecurity assessments and preparation of related technical documentation * Asset identification and analysis of automation components (PLCs, HMIs, drives, networks) * Implementation and support of secure remote access solutions * Support during commissioning and retrofit projects with a focus on secure system integration * Collaboration with engineering and project teams to integrate security by design in automation solutions
