Job Description We are looking for an experienced Buyer with strong mechanical knowledge to join the Procurement team of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term supplier relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Co‐development and independent implementation of the purchasing strategy and procurement plan
Conducting purchasing negotiations, implementing procurement processes, and independently concluding contracts
Continuous market observation/analysis and derivation of recommendations for action
Supplier management (including search) and development, as well as participation in supplier audits and qualifications
Cross‐functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to ensure compliance with timelines, costs,



and quality standards
Support to the engineering department in product industrialization activities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes for metals and plastic materials
Evaluation and proposal of alternative production processes based on product type, volumes, and cost considerations
Hands‐on operational management combined with a strategic, forward‐looking mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Salary and contract depending on candidate's experience.
