We manufacture our products entirely in-house, from raw materials to finished goods, and distribute them worldwide through our direct sales force and network of distributors. Location: Saluggia, Italy Role Purpose: Ensure the efficient coordination of customer service and logistics activities, including the warehouses, supporting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. * Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability to support business operations. * Handle customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.



* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and customer service activities. * Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery performance. * Support product traceability and ensure proper use of SAP within daily operations. * Monitor logistics and customer service KPIs and prepare periodic reports. * Assist in the management of export documentation and compliance requirements. * Knowledge of customs procedures (duties,clearence,etc...) and international trade compliance, supporting import/export operations and cross-border logistics activities. Requirements: * University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, or similar roles within an international environment. * Advanced knowledge of SAP (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
