Main responsibilities include: * Leading R&D; projects focused on waste treatment, recycling and material recovery processes * Developing innovative solutions to improve sustainability and process efficiency * Supporting the industrialization and scale-up of new technologies and processes * Collaborating closely with operations, engineering and commercial teams * Monitoring industry trends,



technologies and regulatory developments * Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement projects Requirements * At least 5 years of experience in R&D; roles within environmental services, waste management, recycling, or closely related sectors (mandatory) * Degree in a technical field (Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or similar) * Strong background in industrial processes related to waste treatment, material recovery or circular economy * Proven experience in translating research into practical and scalable solutions * Fluent English (mandatory for international collaboration) * Good knowledge of digital tools and data analysis systems Important We will only consider candidates with direct experience in environmental services, waste management, recycling or circular economy sectors.
