Transformation Manager

We're seeking a high‐energy, experienced Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing our Italian acquisitions together and accelerating the next phase of growth across Italy and Southern Europe.
You'll sit at the centre of the integration and transformation agenda – working closely with the Italy & Southern Europe Country Leader, the Chief Transformation Officer (CTxO), the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and their teams – to turn strategy into execution.
This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role with real breadth:



shaping integration plans, building the operating rhythm to deliver them, and project‐managing cross‐functional work across operations, sales and marketing. Integration support: Drive the integration of acquired entities into the Amtivo operating model by harmonising core processes, structures and ways of working. Align reporting, KPIs and management information into a unified country view that supports synergy capture and scalable operations.
Commercial integration: Project‐manage the integration of the commercial organisation across territory planning, sales playbooks, training, cross‐sell, compensation plans and performance management – working closely with the CCO and RevOps.
Marketing integration: Support and coordinate integration of the marketing organisation, with a focus on channel mix, demand generation and digital marketing effectiveness.
Executive support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Coun
