We believe in collaboration, continuous learning, and making every moment count. What You'll Do This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands‐on connection with clients in‐home. No two days are the same, and every day brings a chance to make a difference Provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges.



Identify and address the needs of abused and neglected children and adults. Develop and implement treatment plans that encourage self‐regulation, independence, decision‐making, and empathy. Collaborate with professionals like educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap‐around care. Offer emergency support when needed, both during office hours and after hours. Join monthly team meetings to share insights, learn new techniques, and grow as a professional. Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Current NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC). 2+ years of experience counseling children. 3+ years of experience in mental health services. Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain, an individual National Provider Identifier (NPI). Establish a CAQH
