Position Summary As the Performance Management Senior Manager you'll monitor performance and KPIs to optimize acquisitions, conversions, and commissions, while managing and forecasting budgets with a P&L; approach. You will define commercial strategy through network segmentation analysis and oversee affiliate program governance, platform needs, partner onboarding, and remuneration model management.
