Experteer Overview As Sales Manager in our Direct Sales team, you'll lead a regional group of Account Executives to drive new business with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. You'll translate strategy into day-to-day execution, coaching the team and ensuring robust pipelines, forecast accuracy, and deal support. You'll own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and partner across functions to accelerate revenue. Own regional team performance against commercial targets across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Lead AEs to deliver new business revenue targets and pipeline growth
Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal clinics and coaching sessions
Support AEs through complex sales cycles with deal strategy, executive engagement, and competitive positioning guidance
Report on team performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and key commercial insights to senior leadership




Invest in development and coaching of team members and partner with enablement and HR for ramp support
Act as a senior Soldo ambassador in customer engagements with deep domain expertise in spend management
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture balancing ambition, customer-centricity, accountability, and development
Cross-functional Collaboration & GTM: Work with SDRs and Marketing to secure top-of-funnel pipeline; partner with Revenue Ops on forecasting, Salesforce hygiene, and deal feedback; ensure adoption of GTM tools; collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to deliver outcomes; Direct Sales leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Track record of leading teams with commercial responsibilities and expansion quotas
Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market practices and scalable acquisition strategies
Strong forecasting, pipeline developm
