As an intern in the Legal team in Zola Predosa (Bologna), you will support the team in various legal and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities

- Analysis of a variety of legal issues, including carrying out research on new regulations
- Updates of the websites terms when required (privacy policy, terms and conditions of sales etc.)
- Support the Customer Care team to handle consumers' claims, assist in pre‑litigation and small claim litigations, support in drafting and reviewing letters and warnings to resolve consumer disputes
- Update of standard contract templates
- Assistance in drafting and advising on simple legal documents such as non‑disclosure agreements and termination letters
- Facilitating contract signatures with internal and external parties and general contract management
- Support with admin tasks when required, such as managing invoices

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Italian law with excellent grades




- Excellent Italian and English (verbal and written)
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enthusiasm and willingness for the role and the tasks required and ability to take initiative
- Interest in e‑commerce, consumer law, data protection, commercial law
