As our People & Culture Manager, you will bring energy, creativity and leadership, being the heartbeat of our people strategy at hotel level. As key member of the Management Team, you partner closely with the General Manager and Regional P&C; Director to translate corporate vision into meaningful, local impact.
This is a hands‐on, highly visible role where you'll lead the full employee lifecycle: from hiring and development to payroll, compliance, and engagement—while building a culture where people thrive and performance follows.
As our People & Culture Manager, you will Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and foster a high‐performing, inclusive culture, managing complex cases with confidence and fairness
Deliver exceptional onboarding and workforce planning and drive learning, development, and succession planning
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management
Oversee end‐to‐end payroll (Zucchetti) with accuracy and compliance




Ensure adherence to Italian labour law & CCNL
Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes
Solid experience in HR management within hospitality (Italy preferred)
Strong knowledge of Italian labour law & CCNL
Experience with HR systems (Zucchetti is a plus)

The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts from €50.000, aligned with CCNL Turismo, and may vary based on experience and qualifications.
