The role This is a high‐impact enterprise sales role for someone who loves building markets, opening doors, and closing complex SaaS deals. You will own new business development and drive growth across EMEA South, with a strong focus on expanding our enterprise client base in Italy, drive value‐based sales cycles from first conversation to signature. You'll work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Advisory, and leadership to grow beqom's presence in one of our most strategic regions.



Develop and execute account plans for named enterprise prospects. Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close. Engage senior stakeholders, including C‐level leaders in HR, Finance, and Compensation. Build business cases, ROI analyses, and commercial proposals. 5+ years of quota‐carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders. Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus. Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools. Help drive beqom's expansion in Italy and EMEA South. Remote or hybrid flexibility, depending on location. Strong collaboration with experienced Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Advisory teams.
