The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people and growth, ensuring that every team member receives an excellent experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end‐to‐end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.Collaborate with department heads (Front Office, F&B;, Spa, Garden, Farm, Housekeeping, etc.)
