The ICT Application Specialist will join the ICT Team and support the maintenance, evolution, and daily operation of business applications, with a focus on ERP systems, mainly SAP Business One, in Operations-driven environments.
The role combines functional knowledge of ERP processes with technical skills and first-level IT support, acting as a key interface between business users, internal ICT teams, and external vendors.
Collect, analyze,



and document business requirements related to ERP and operational processes, translating them into functional specifications.
Support SAP Business One application, especially in Operations areas (Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Sales).
Act as first-level (L1) IT support for general IT and application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user assistance.
Collaborate with business users to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose system-based solutions.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between ERP and other applications (e.g. B2B, CRM, WMS, reporting tools, third-party systems).
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for application support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Assist in testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and data validation.
Support change requests and minor enhancement initiative
