Sales Manager - Medical OEM Components & Business Development The selected candidate, reporting directly to the General Manager EU, will be responsible for the assigned territory, managing both existing clients and prospects with a strong focus on new business development. In particular, the role will focus on: Direct commercial activity across Italian and international markets. Identify and develop new OEM customers within the medical device sectors. Lead commercial negotiations and build long-term strategic relationships. Interface with customers' engineering, R&D;, procurement and supply chain teams. Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio. Contribute to the company's international growth strategy. Coordinate and support the daily activities of 2 international Account Managers.



Participate in international trade shows and industry events. Requirements The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field and has a minimum of 3 / 5 years of proven experience in the role, with strong demonstrated results. Mandatory exclusive background in the medical components (Medical tubing / disposable systems, single use components) or Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in the medical device industry. He/she also has: In-depth knowledge of medical device marketing, sales techniques and best practices. Experience managing a small commercial team.
