Job description
You will join the Facility Management Italy team based in Pedrignano, the industrial and corporate heart of Barilla,
supporting projects aimed at enhancing workplace experience, employee services and space management across one of the largest corporate campuses in Italy. Six months tempo pieno internship starting from September 2026, base in Parma HQ.
Job purpose
Besides being exposed to day-to-day Facility Management activities, you will:
- Support the redesign and development of the new Facility Management SharePoint website
- Collect, review, update and reorganize documentation related to workplace services, hospitality, wellbeing and mobility
- Collaborate on the review and communication of Facility Management policies and procedures
- Support workplace mapping and space management activities, including office layouts and occupancy distribution
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of a new meeting room naming system across the campus
- Work with local and global Facility Management teams to improve service visibility and user experie
