Brief Role Description

Ensure the availability and functionality of telecommunications and IT infrastructure under security guidelines; to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the systems and business processes, using the methods and procedures defined by the area.



Carry out the evaluation and coordination of national and international suppliers, through the guidelines of the banking authorities and the consortium for the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure. Apply the use of good practices in the IT industry, taking care of the appropriate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) to ensure the availability of technological solutions that meet the service levels required by the business areas, through the PMI, ITIL and COBIT frameworks.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Ensure the operation and availability of the technological infrastructure, in accordance with the service levels agreed with the business and defined in the contracts with suppliers; as well as the policies and standards established by the authorities and the consortium, to achieve adequate, timely and uninterrupted attention to IT services to our end customers.
