Accountabilities:

As the Head of Security,



you will lead the overall security strategy and develop scalable practices that protect systems, products, and customers. You will combine technical depth with organizational leadership to improve security capabilities while enabling teams to move quickly and confidently.
- Own and evolve the security roadmap across infrastructure, application security, internal security, and operational resilience.
- Define security priorities, policies, processes, and best practices that scale with organizational growth.
- Partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams on architecture decisions and secure software development practices.
- Strengthen application security, infrastructure hardening, identity and access management, and supply chain security.
