Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership teams to align on business needs, objectives, and strategic priorities.
Lead and integrate change management efforts into business transformation initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and adoption to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational improvements.




Facilitate and lead workshops to capture and prioritize requirements through Agile Methodology, engaging cross‑functional business stakeholders.
Analyse and optimize complex business processes, performing in-depth process mapping and gap analysis to design robust TO‑BE processes that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Oversee the creation and governance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including detailed specifications, executive reports, presentations, and user manuals.
Lead quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of rigorous testing strategies to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, effective risk mitigation, and successful delivery of initiatives.
Advocate for the Italian business in EU alignment meetings, ensuring local requirements are effectively represented and integrated.
