You will preferably be based in our Bari office , with the option to work from Rome , within a hybrid model. What you'll do: Lead the implementation of grid connections from feasibility to construction and final handover; Manage technical negotiations with grid operators ,



ensuring full regulatory compliance; Act as the reference point for electrical infrastructure (substations, cable routes, overhead lines); Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; Oversee contracts and third-party contractors/consultants involved in electrical infrastructure delivery. What you bring: Bachelor's or master ́s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); 5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable projects (grid connection focus); Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken ; Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
