Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the on-site supply chain team at Monfalcone, aligning site needs with the broader organization. You will manage materials, capacity planning, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with program requirements. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize budgets and resource use while shaping the site’s supply chain readiness. This is an onsite, strategic leadership position at a nuclear-energy-focused company. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide direct leadership to procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers located at the site Direct the on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists (matrix relationship) Act as central liaison between site operations and the broader supply chain Manage materials and services cost and budget for all site projects Lead capacity planning for materials and services, forecast needs, identify bottlenecks, assess supplier load and capability Oversee on-time delivery,



schedule adherence, milestones, witness/hold points, inspection readiness, and documentation for program compliance Ensure suppliers are identified and maintained on the ASL/QSL to support site needs Link the site with corporate supply chain for commodities outside the APX structure Represent the site in planning meetings, program reviews, and readiness assessments Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in engineered products Experience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functions Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP preferred) English proficiency level C1 and Italian level at least B2 (on-site role) Requisiti fondamentali Attractive remuneration Mobile working Canteen Performance premio Welfare Plan Employee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
