Program Analyst – Operations Quality & Performance Milan, Italy | Program Management | Hybrid | Full‑time

We are a growing team looking for a Program Analyst – Operations Quality & Performance to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
What you will do
- Deploy quality standards through data and documents acquisition, verification and monitoring via CRM and other internal and external tools;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to improve processes, automation and feedback implementation, and drive new initiatives to meet and exceed business requirements;
- Work cross‑functionally with senior quality managers and operations teams to ensure access to data and insights,



managing deadlines in a timely and organized manner;
- Analyze data and reporting, create and execute various projects and keep stakeholders up to date;
generate reports, dashboards, and scripts/automations using Google Suite and Microsoft Office;
- Own key performance quality metrics and support the creation of quarterly roadmaps that optimize execution and quality standards;
- Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all departments, and effectively communicate through presentations and workshops;
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards by verifying carrier documentation (e.G., onboard documents and required certifications) and supporting adherence to applicable legal and operational requirements.
