As HSE & Quality Supervisor you will report to the Plant Manager. In this capacity, you will lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of assistants and operators to ensure the correct application of product and process quality control procedures, as well as health, safety, and environmental protection standards. You will develop and update control methodologies and conduct audits to verify full compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 programs and support GMP implementation across Italian sites.
Deliver HSE and Quality presentations and seminars for employees, customers, and suppliers.
Plan workplace inspections and environmental monitoring, involving consultants when needed.
Analyze HSE and Quality data and propose corrective or improvement actions with the Plant Manager.
Support the development and maintenance of management systems across Italian plants.




Ensure compliance with regulatory authorizations and legal obligations according to QSE procedures.
Act as the company representative for HSE and Quality management systems, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the QSE Manager Europe or the Plant Manager, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
Specific training for supervisory roles and for HSE/Quality functions, including prevention, protection, environmental emergency, and GMP‑related requirements.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, email tools, Windows applications, and JDE.
Proficiency in English and preferably French, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and innovation skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with initiative, flexibility, and an open‑minded approach to change.
You must be within commutable distance of Brembate and must not require any form of visa sponsorship.
