Experteer Overview In this role you will join Saipem’s ENCAR Business line to deliver electrical engineering excellence across onshore and offshore projects. You will coordinate technical design, vendor deliverables, and client alignment to support complex energy and infrastructure packages. Your work will shape electrical requirements and engineering deliverables to drive safe, efficient, and innovative solutions. - Develop electrical equipment documentation (MV/LV switchboards, MCCs, transformers, distribution boards) and manage vendor follow‑up
- Issue RFQs and conduct Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) to select optimal solutions
- Lead plant engineering activities (cable routing, lighting, earthing) and oversee bulk material vendors
- Coordinate 3D model activities for electrical discipline and manage outsourcing engineering subcontractors




- Oversee electrical interfaces within large mechanical equipment packages
- Interface with Client representatives for technical alignment and documentation reviews
- Identify and track technical queries, deviations, and optimization opportunities
- Contribute to defining electrical engineering requirements

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in O&G; with similar activities
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- English level B2
- Knowledge of Plant Engineering Design (cable routing, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, lighting calculation)
- Substation Equipment Design experience (Switchgears, Transformers, VSD, UPS)
- Proficiency in IT tools: Office 365, AutoCAD, Navisworks, DiaLux
