Job Mission
As a Treasury Specialist you will ensure the correct and sustainable use of financial resources and control of the conditions applied by the banking system. Your work supports the financial well‐being of the company while staying aligned with our core values of beauty, ethics and sustainability.
What You Will Do




Process Local and International customers' payments by cheques posting.
Post payments for Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Direct Debit and local Ricevute Bancarie (RiBa) customers.
Clear, match and reconcile customers' statements.
Manage SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) mandates and record them.
Account for e‐commerce sales and customers' statements, performing matching and bookkeeping reconciliation, including credit note processing for short shipments or damaged products.
Check banking system conditions relevant to the above tasks.
Who You Are
Experience using accounting packages (ideally Sage) and 1‐2 years of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience with treasury programs, especially Piteco, is appreciated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
