What You'll Do
Diagnose operational and financial issues and translate insights into actionable plans.
Engage directly with client teams—from boardroom to shop floor—to implement improvements.
Build models to quantify benefits and track value realization.

Prepare executive‐level communications that turn complex analysis into clear, pragmatic recommendations.
