Experteer Overview In this role you will own and optimize the ServiceNow platform to enable new ways of working and a seamless employee experience. You will bridge technology, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions are understood, adopted, and continually improved. You’ll drive platform health, security, governance, and delivery excellence at scale for a global organization, partnering across regions and with partners. This is a chance to shape platform strategy, oversee upgrades and integrations, and advance DevOps practices in an enterprise setting. - Apply DevOps practices with automated build/test/deploy, versioning, and standardized release gates.
- Own roadmap for upgrades, patching, data policies, and feature adoption;
govern environment strategy and data refresh policies.
- Oversee integrations, data sources, and tech debt;
drive remediation and operational readiness for go‑lives.
