SSC Space Italy is seeking for its client's Satellite and Missions Department in Milano, Torino, or Benevento a On-Board Software Embedded Engineer.
Master’s degree in Informatics, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent




Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an embedded software engineer
High level of flexibility, willingness to work in teams, and ability to keep tight schedules
Fluent in written and spoken English
Embedded C Software design and development
Familiarity with software‑level requirements capture, analysis and verification techniques
Experience in hardware/software integration phase
Experience with SW‑applicable development standards (ECSS)
Experience in UML design
Experience in code version control tools (e.g., SVN, Git)
Experience with DOORS
Experience with IBM Rhapsody (Model‑Based design and autocode)
Experience with Software Validation Facilities (SVF)
Experience with one or more of the chipsets and CPU architectures used in space (e.g., SPARC Leon, PowerPC, ARM, RISC‑V)
Experience in software static analysis and related tools (e.g., PC‑Lint, Understand, LDRA, Polyspace)
