and to create something new.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirementsAnalyze and model business processes; recommend improvements using Creatio’s toolsConfigure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code toolsSupport full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deploymentDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test casesWork closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignmentConduct UAT sessions and end-user trainingMaintain system documentation and knowledge base articlesServe as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystemQualifications2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems1+ year hands-on experience with Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version)Strong understanding of business process management (BPMN), CRM prin
