as a HR Talent Specialist you will provide hands‑on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function.
The ideal candidate is curious, enterprising, and solution‑oriented, with a strong desire to develop a well‑rounded HR skill set spanning communication & wellbeing, administration, recruitment, people management, and organizational development.
Key Activities:HR Operations & Administration
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support the updating of hiring documents.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
- Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation processes.
- Create shortlists for hiring managers and ensure compliance with the recruitment process.
- Support with SHL assessment.
